Taiwan F-16 missing

A Taiwan F-16 fighter carrying one pilot went missing off eastern Taiwan during a routine training mission on Tuesday at 20:30 hours.
The plane (#6638), which took off from the eastern air base at Hualien, was on a night training mission with another F-16 when it went missing off Taiwan's Green Island.
The pilot was Flight Leader Major Chung-wei Hsu. Video from the wingman's HUD showed his aircraft suddenly pitch up and role into a nose down position. It happened at an altitude of 15,000 feet at 20:11 hours. All Taiwanese F-16's were grounded as a result of the crash.
