Dear Alex, as it is your English name,

Time travels fast after your departure from the solid life as an intangible angel into the blue yonder. I cherish all the memory I had with you when we were classmates in the National Defense Language Institute. Your smiles and good looking will not be erased from us over the years ahead because your image has been deeply inscribed in me as well as all the fellows in the EPC-B of 1995.
