What a gentleman. Few will ever be as Honorable as him. Every moms and dads desire in a son.
Served with him when he was enlisted...
served with him as an Officer.
He made his dreams a reality.... Flying, Wife, Daughters.
A true Leader!
He left a lasting impression on all he touched.
God Bless You
Miss you Dad. This journey has been a long one but I finally understand it all.
XOXO

Lou and I flew F-16s together while assigned to the 613 TFS at Torrejon and were wingmen on TJ's 1987 Gunsmoke team. He was a tremendous pilot, a humble gentleman, and a good friend. I was deeply saddened when I heard of the accident that took his life. Even today, I think of him often and, when I do, I remember his enthusiasm, his smile, and his professionalism. His legacy lives on through his family and all who served with him.

I am happy to see a place on-line that keeps the memory of my cousin Lou, or Tongui as his family members knew him.
As my older cousin, Lou was somebody I looked up to. I was 6 and he was 8 when I first heard him say that he wanted to be a pilot. He was proud to soar through the blue skies in honor of his country.
I still miss him, and I still look up to him as he now soars through heaven.
