My cousin Ned convinced me to stay in ROTC and he is the reason I have a beautiful wife and family. He went too soon. He was a charismatic "connector" to friends and family. He has left a hole that no one can fill. We were graced with his presence on this earth and cherish the time. He made me a better man.

Ned was a "oner". His smile and humor could start a riot in a mortuary.
He was the middle brother of five brothers. He left a void the size of the Grand Canyon, but how incredibly lucky we were to have him for the time we did. Not a day goes by that his memory doesn't influence my appreciation of life can be.

Ned was my best friend. He was in the RTU class right behind mine and we were in the same UPT class. We lived in the same apartment in Tampa and we hung out all the time. Ned came over to my apartment the night before he crash and I saw him that morning and we had a quick chat before going to work. When I heard there was a crash I immediately thought of Ned and had a bad feeling. I was crushed when I heard it was Ned. I feel really bad not keeping up with Ned's parents, but I always thought it would open up old wounds. propertyfast@comcast.net
