KC & Attitude
Col (Ret) Paul "Sticky" Strickland, Jan 20, 2007 - 12:31 AM

As a fellow Thunderbird, we hurt losing our wingman and friend, KC. While KC fought his cancer, Mary, his wife offerred her thoughts on "attitude." Eloquently, she opined that life is deeply shaped by "attitude", even in the face of death. For Mary and KC's faith and undaunted "attitude", I salute you.

Great Commaner

I served with Lt Col Schow at Eielson when he was commander of the 18FS. He was a fine commander who cared about his troops. I can honestly say that the F-16 community is a lesser place without him and the 18FS has lost a great member of our family.

Proud to have served with him
Lt Col BUC Richards, Jun 15, 2009 - 08:30 AM

I flew on his wing as a Lt for almost all of his 47 combat missions. He was a PHE-F'n-Nomenal stick and a great officer.

His golf and basketball game was good too!

Wish he was still around.

Served with KC too

Served with KC on the Thunderbirds and grew to be great friends. Still think about and miss his infectious smile and demeanor to this day. I miss my friend.
