I worked with the then Captain Todd at Misawa, Japan. I still tell the story how he screwed me over because he was late for a meeting with General "Nordy" (longgggg story). He was an honest and gentle man who gave 100% to his family and his job. I'll miss him.

Mark was truly a gentleman. I met him at the Defense Language Institute in 1994 and we kept in touch on and off and found out about his passing from his wife after I wrote him a letter. This was truly a great loss to all of us. Rest in Peace my friend.
