Airline intercepted by F-16s from Buckley AFB

The F-16s from the 140th wing COANG were scrambled out of of Buckley AFB shortly after 18.00h Friday evening to intercept a flight in route from Las Vegas to Frankfurt Germany. The F-16s were scrambled to intercept Condor Flight 83 when the pilot declared an in flight emergency due to an unruly passenger.

Top Hats graduate 14 into combat air force

Basic F-16 Course Class 13-FBG of the 310th Fighter Squadron is well on its way to being "Dressed to Kill" as combat-ready F-16 Fighting Falcon pilots. They graduated on March 21 and will continue the legacy of 310th FS-trained fighter pilots who have fought in every war or operation from World War II to Iraq, Afghanistan and Libya.
