After lifting the fuselage of F-16A block 10 #79-0307 off a trailer bed, airmen steady it to be moved onto the bed of the truck in the background on July 23rd, 2007. The F-16, which was originally from Sheppard AFB, will become a static display at the air park near the main gate. [USAF photo by Amn. Elliott Sprehe]
Transported by truck from Sheppard AFB to Cannon AFB where it was stripped down to become a gate guard.

Placed in the static airpark at Cannon AFB. Marked 27th FW on the tail even though the wing was renamed the 27th Special Ops Wing on October 1st, 2007.
