I was with the Black Falcons, TDY in 1982 (april or may) Coronet Wrangler. First oversea TDY for the 429th. Anyone else there please write back. -

Ted, I saw this picture too, & I believe it was taken during the '82 deployment. I got to stay an extra two weeks for the accident board after Yogi Kasl deposited a jet (fuel pump failure, can't remember the tail#) near the town of Beccles during an FCF. -

I think that pic was taken when we first arrived in Bentwaters during the '85 deployment (around 20 APR 85) about 1 month after we bombed Lybia Two days after we arrived, all identifying decals were removed until the day before return to NAFB.
I was in Coronet Crusader.
