USAF F-16A block 1 #78-0058 from the 310th TFTS is adorned with a unit marking of the 58th TTW. The tail has all five stars from the "5 Star Award" program. The '5 Star' Award was a program at Luke AFB that was awarded each month to the jet that had the best flight record, best maintenance record and forms, was the cleanest and possibly more categories like that for the month.
