FC? Do you mean SFC - Specific Fuel Consumption?

Such as
the mass of fuel needed to provide the specific net thrust for a given period e.g. (lb/h)/lbf - pounds of fuel per hour per pound of thrust

"Published" SFC figures for RB199 afterburner/ augmentor/ reheat show...

RB.199-34R-04 Mk.101 in Tornado GR.1 (IDS) 16,000lbs @ SFC of 2.20
RB.199-34R-04 Mk.103 in Tornado GR.1/GR.1A/GR.1B/GR.4 (IDS) 16,000lbs @ SFC of 2.50
RB.199-34R-04 Mk.104 in Tornado F.3 (ADV) 16,400lbs @ SFC of 2.50
RB.199-34R-04 Mk.105 in Tornado ECR 16,800 @ 2.50lbs @ SFC of 2.50
