Holy hell, that was impressive. Not sure what that Iraqi commander was saying, but I'll bet it was the Arabic equivalent of "Jesus Christ!"

Note the precision of the impact pattern. And I wonder how many aircraft that took.

The fact that these all exploded at roughly the same time, suggests programmed GPS guidance (i.e. JDAMs), not LGBs.
There are at least 3X+ explosions noted in that single pic.
@2,000 lbs each, 40 2klb JDAMs would only require just 2 B52s.
Each F-15E can carry up to 7x 2klb JDAMs. Each F-35A can carry up to 6 so only need as few as 6 fighters to do the same.

Now imagine what a whole squadron can do....
