510th FS "Buzzard" down - Pilot OK

A 510th FS F-16 crashed this evening on mountains near Belluno (north of Aviano) pilot OK.

Thank goodness the pilot's OK...im checking Aviano's site to see if an article has been posted yet...

529 mmmm... Worked that jet on/off for 6 years. Glad the Aircrew is safe!!

I agree - I'm just glad the pilot's safe ! Sorry to hear about the loss of the jet and I look forward to hearing what caused the mishap.

when all else fails, egress prevails! the beer will go to lifesupport though.

Can someone confirm which name is right?

The original posted articles have him named as Maj. Timothy Palmer, but the most recent accident release report has him named as Maj. Timothy Parker.
