By the way are you sure that the ASM-3A has HOJ?
I also read in Wikipedia (which is worth for what it is) that the ASM-3A also has Passive radar guidance. Can someone confirm this?

Well datalink will definitely help to overcome enemy RF jamming.

If you can place the missile very close to the enemy ship (which is what datalink allows you to do) than its active radar seeker should definitely overcome any enemy RF jamming.

Datalinks, active radar, HOJ, INS, GPS.......and coming in at a ballistic trajectory, makes it very survivable as well.

SM-6 currently doesn't have direct datalink with fighter aircraft unfortunately

It can, however, receive targeting data from fighters via nodes in the datalinks. As the system matures, those extra steps will no longer be necessary.
