Whoever designed the X-32 should be arrested for crimes against aviation.

That thing still makes me want to throw up. You can't even laugh at it, as it's not even funny. I wonder if anyone on the X-32 team was truly surprised when they found out they lost.

All test articles/prototypes should immediately be destroyed and not in museums, lest they give any future aeronautical engineers any ideas. Perhaps even burn the pictures. Good Lord..

I’ve always thought the F-35 was a good looking plane contrary to what some say. But I have a fondness for the X-32, maybe it was seeing the Nova documentary when I was young. The design wasn’t as capable but I always felt the X-32 was very reminiscent of the F-8 and A-7 and looked like something out of military science fiction.
