F-15/22 Talon Hate Pod?

I was reading in the latest Combat Aircraft about the Talon Hate pod. Supposedly being carried by F-15's to allow IR detection and communication with/from/to the F-22. They described it as revolutionary..

So what do you guys know about it? As good as they claim??

Having IR detection and communication with the F-22 would be revolutionary, for the F-15.

"Talon Hate"...should i translate it to "Hate for talon?"

Because if that's the case, it's quite troll-y to give an item with that name to an "Eagle" and a "Raptor".

The name struck me as funny too. Not sure what to make of it..

i'm expecting some fuselage upgrade of some sort with the name of "Beak Phobia" .
