Looking for F-16 Royal Norwegian Air Force info

Hi all:
Does anyone have any information, links, publications etc related to the initial training of Norwegian F-16 pilots, construction of the first planes by Fokker, testing and delivery, and general introduction of the F-16 to the RoNAF.

I have not been able to find much information in books or others. For example who is the first Norwegian F-16 pilot, who piloted the plane on the delivery flight, the arrival ceremony etc.

The information is out there, but has not been compiled into a book or similar.
