I wonder how many hours are left on these airframes? Did they go through any major structural inspections, fixes? These jets have seen some time

They've seen ALL the time. Wasn't one of these an Operation Opera veteran?

This week, on 20 July 2021, the next batch of four F-16As destined for the US department of the Canadian aggressor firm Top Aces has left Israel. The former Heyl Ha'Avir (IAF, Israeli Air Force) machines with serials 219, 233, 260, and 285 were airlifted per Antonov An-124 to the specialised F-16 Center of Excellence in Mesa (AZ).

Nice!

Is these F-16A/B still with the original cockpit, or did the Israelis update them to a standard similar to the F-16C?

Would be nice to see one of these at an airshow, doing a proper demo (more than likely will never happen but still)

Maybe this has already been covered in a thread elsewhere but I don't understand what the benefit is to sub out aggressor services. The DOD already has the good used airframes at AMARG and all the necessary support infrastructure. How can this be more cost effective? If you are paying for the flight hours anyways why not invest in pilots can be deployed?

Because it is more cost efficient to outsource it. Also the AF don't have sufficient airframes nor pilots to keep up with demand.

Clearly it depends on how the accounting works. Outsourcing is usually about breaking ties with bureaucracy and its red tape more so than saving money. The US has this constant kneejerk reaction to swallow up political good intentions with draconian 'oversight' that creates program inaction.
