Nope, these are standard block 30/32 airframes and therefore not suitable to carry those.

I expect CFTs will only ever be seen (operationally) on those F-16s built with the relevant structural changes to deal with extra weight etc - so Blocks 50+ / 52+ / 60 / 70 / 72

If it is like the C-130J it is an extra feature. I remember reading the India did not purchase that until they lost a C-130J in a crash.

An Instagram aviation aficionado, Aeros808, posted a photo Thursday (May 13) showing two F-16s taking off at Daniel. K. Inoue International Airport in Honolulu, Hawaii.
One of the aircraft displayed the serial number 6621, which is a Taiwanese military number, and the other had the serial number 93-708, an American number, Liberty Times reported.
