Non-AMRAAM F-16C/D export operators?

Are there any export users of the F-16C/D that don't have AMRAAMs in their inventory?

Venezuela, Egypt, Iraq, Taiwan. Maybe Colombia, maybe Philippines

Egypt and Iraq only for c/d - they use AIM-7 instead.

Do Israeli F-16C/D have the AIM-120?

Israeli F-16D Block 52+ (F-16I) probably do because they are often seen with them.

As for the older Block 30/40 difficult to back up whether they do as can only find photos of Derby.
