He always seems to find a way to insult somebody. Regardless, what side they maybe on...........
It was more.like he wanted to go out on a date with them.

Cracked out the popcorn regarding Trump's latest announcement banning US company transactions with Tencent. Always fun entertainment during the US election period.
Not sure what that means for the co-producers of Topgun 2. Also NBA broadcasting in China could likely be terminated as a result (only $300m a year to the NBA, chump change). The biggest impact would be to the gaming community. Effectively neatly affecting a whole generation (or 2 or 3) of voters.

Well, some toys for the movie are hitting shelves, which reveal some details of the aircraft in the movie.
One of them is a F-35B, so it looks like that's going to be in the movie:
Also of interest is the two fictional aircraft; the 'Dark Star' and the 'Enemy Strike Jet' that most closely resembles a F-22 with above-wing intakes:

Top Gun: Maverick has been delayed once again, this time being pushed six months from its planned release date of November 19, 2021, into May of 2022. The long-awaited sequel, which will see Tom Cruise reprise one of his most iconic roles as fighter pilot Pete "Maverick" Mitchell, has been one of the worst-affected films of the covid-19 pandemic. Top Gun: Maverick is directed by Joseph Kosinski and costars Miles Teller, Jennifer Connelly, Jon Hamm, Glen Powell, Lewis Pullman, Ed Harris, and Val Kilmer.
