First two F-16s of the Peace Carpathian II program delivered.

Today the first two F-16s of the Peace Carpathian II program were delivered to the Forţele Aeriene Române (Romanian Air Force) and landed at Feteşti AB.
These aircraft are the first of an extra 5 former Portuguese F-16s that were acquired by Romania in a deal finalized in early 2020 worth around € 130 million. The first two aircraft serialled #1614 (former FAP #15132) and #1614 (former FAP #15135) were transferred earlier today. The remaining three F-16's are scheduled to be delivered in October 2020 (two aircraft) and in early 2021 (the one remaining aircraft). Since the other jets to be delivered are FAP's #15122, #15134 and #15141 they most presumably will be serialled #1613, #1615 and #1617.
