I first started Crewing the Viper at Luke. I was in the 308 FS before the reorg. So I guess that makes me old because I can say I worked in a Fighter Squadron. I was there for 2 years and I learned a lot from some good guys. They busted my ass. I left Luke for Eielson. I was there for 4 years. It was weird going from Pratts to GE's. I was told to get the chip detector and was like were is that? It's not to fun crewing in -40. All the jets are like what the hell it's cold. I've crewed the MQ-1s and MQ-9s at Creech. From Creech I went to the Thunderbirds. I am currently at Shaw where I will mostly like retire from.

Deployments

I went to Kirkuk in 2006-2007 to do TCN duty. When I got there I stopped over in TA to find out they needed a Viper guy. I caught a few jets over there and turned them. That was the only thing fun about that hole trip. Went back to Iraq in 2008. Crewed the Reaper. 2015 to Jordan
