First aircraft I was ever assigned to in the AF. Had my name on the nose landing gear door of this highly modified test F-16.
F-35 Lightning II
Unit	USAF AFMC - 461st Flight Test Squadron
Period	2005 - 2008
Worked on the F-35 program for 3 years in it's preliminary years. We set up the squadron from scratch at Edwards and went TDY constantly to Lockheed Martin AF Plant #4 in Fort Worth, TX. I was able to get my hands on and crew F-35 AA-1 in TX for a considerable amount of time. Unique experience.
