To be preserved at the Yanks Air Museum, California. However, during transport it fell off the loader and was extensively damaged. It is still awaiting repairs.

Edwards AFB, California with red and white paint scheme. Aircraft was acquired by the Air Force Flight Test Center Museum at Edwards AFB, CA in September 2001, but may not have gone on display till 2002. It is in front of the 412th Test Wing Headquarters building.
81663 81-0663 28 Jun 1996 Details
Wright Patterson AFB Museum, Ohio as Thunderbirds no. 1. Original a P&W F100-PW-200 engine was installed as produced. The P&W F100-PW-220 was removed and replaced with the original -200 by the 180FW Ohio ANG, Toledo in the mid-90's to return this exhibit to original configuration. Aircraft was moved several times, was seen in a few different locations outside the museum before being moved inside.

Gate guard at Luke AFB, Arizona.
81721 81-0721 "56 FW" May 1997 Details
Preserved at the air park at MacDill AFB, Florida and marked 56 FW, but the base no longer operates the F-16.
81723 81-0723 Oct 2002 Details
Sioux Falls, South Dakota before being moved to Tyndall AFB, Florida in 2012.
81759 81-0759 Jun 1998 Details
Medford Airport, Oregon on a pole in front of the main passenger terminal for the airport. In 2007 the aircraft was taken down while the terminal was remodeled.
