Nose art with Scooter from the muppets was worn during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Name for the jet was "Scooter's Shooter".

USAF F-16C block 30 #87-0220 of the 160th FS's day one of combat sorties. This aircraft only flew a few sorties before breaking due to mechanical failure for the remainder of the deployment.  [Photo by Chappie]
Nose art was of 'Taz' the Bugs Bunny character. Aircraft flew only a few missions early in the war in Iraq before mechanical problems made it a spare parts aircraft. No mission markings were ever added at this time.

Large Let Roll decal placed on the nose just aft of the radom. Decal was gone by August 2005. Also still named "Friuli Region".

181 FW written vertically down the stabilizer. And marked "Indy 500" as part of the serial number. Small Lets Roll decal applied on nose but need to confirm date it was added, it was added at least September 2004. Also wears a SAM kill marking, but unknown if scored during ONW or OIF. 85-1555 also scored a SAM kill and that was in 2001 ONW.
