The jet slipped off the runway at Ramat David AFB during landing. When the jet touched down, the crew noticed that the MLG collapsed and that the jet might turn over. They both ejected safely.

The F-16 was part of a formation when it crashed in the Adriatic Sea between Cervia and Cesenatico around 19:00 hours local. The pilot, Capt. Lucas Gruenther, was sadly killed.

Deployed with the 77th EFS to Bagram Airfield impacted a mountain side 10 nautical miles southeast of BAF returning from a CAS mission. The pilot Capt. Steel was killed.

Ran off the runway at Tulsa IAP. Damage is minimal and was repaired quickly.

The F-16 crashed around 14:15 local time near the town of Yarpuz, in the mountainous southern area of Amansolar in Osmaniye province (about 25 miles (40km) from the Syrian border). The pilot, Lt. Hamza Gümüşsoy, ejected but unfortunately got killed.

Crashed into the sea, southwest of Chiayi AB around 14:30h local time. The pilot, Lieutenant Wu Yen-ting, ejected safely and was rescued by helicopter.

The jet crashed near Luke AFB during a routine training flight due to a birdstrike. Both pilots ejected safely.

Collided with an antenna while landing at Shaw AFB, South Carolina. A team had to fly in from Hill AFB, Utah. A bulkhead, both ventral fins, the 'bathtub' panel, the engine and engine bay, along with the landing gear and landing gear door were just some of the parts replaced over the next almost two years. Returned to the air on April 8, 2015 with a code 1 flight.

The F-16 crashed 50km out of the coast of the Gaza strip in the Mediterranean. First report indicate that a technical fault caused the engine to switch off. The pilots couldn't recover and were forced to eject. They both survived.

The aircraft skidded off the runway at Osan AB at 18:07 local after the right main landing gear collapsed upon landing. The pilot escaped with minor injuries.

The F-16 was involved in a mid-air collision with another F-16 of the 121st FS (#86-0357) when executing a routine night training mission off the coast of Chincoteague, approximately 70 miles southeast of Washington. The accident occurred over water at 22:28 local time. This F-16 landed safely and received minor damage, but the other F-16 crashed, but the pilot ejected and was rescued out of the water at 00:30 local on August 2nd.

The F-16 was involved in a mid-air collision with another F-16 of the 121st FS (#87-0314) when executing a routine night training mission off the coast of Chincoteague, approximately 70 miles southeast of Washington. The accident occurred over water at 22:28 local time. The pilot ejected and was rescued out of the water at 00:30 local on August 2nd. The other F-16 landed safely.
22 Sep 2013 [ w/o] 817 02- 2121 RAFO 18 sqn F-16C Block 50 Details
The aircraft crashed during a training flight unfortunately killing the pilot.
12 Nov 2013 [ w/o] 669 80- 3669 RNoAF FLO F-16A Block 20 MLU Details
The aircraft was hit by lightning while on the ramp at Bødø AB. The lightning strike was so severe that almost all onboard systems were destroyed. With the pending retirement of the Norwegian F-16 fleet it wasn't worth fixing. The aircraft is setup as a spare part reserve with some restrictions in place for re-use of electrical equipment.
