I also was the Dedicated Crew Chief on this aircraft. It was initially a Test Side jet, painted the traditional gray colors, however, it was then turned into an Aggressor and painted in the light blues colors of the Migs. It was the first of several Block 52 D-Model Aggressor.
I believe that it was in 2000 when we launched all of our Flagships to fly over the Hoover Dam in Nevada. During that launch a combat photographer flew in the aft cockpit and photographed all the Flagships flying over the Dam.
