612th Tactical Fighter Squadron "Fighting 612th" , 1983 - 1989
I was on this acft at Torrejon AB Spain, from the time it came from the factory unitil we sent it to Moody AFB. While at TJ I was on the base Track and Cross Country teams in 1983. In 1987 I was on the Gun Smoke team from 4 to 7 October which we took 3rd over all at Nellis AFB NV. Other tdy's that I went on while at TJ were Incirlik 9 times. Aviano 4 times ( sat Victor alert once, and blue 4 once ) Bentwaters AB England once, Hellenicon AB Greece once, Spangdahlem AB Germany once, Ramstein AB Germany once, and Bitburg AB Germany once.
