Cmdt. Rudy Schoukens is stationned at the 15th Wing in Melsbroek (EBMB), militairy site at Brussels National Airport. He is attached to the 21sq where he flies the Embraer ERJ 135 or 145.
Retired in December of 2005, now flying Hawker 800 with Netjets Europe.

Schoukens is the fourth Belgian pilot to achieve this milestone. To celebrate this event, he was joined by fifteen of his colleagues in a sixteen-ship diamond formation. with a total of 26,183 F-16 flight hours among them, the flight sets a new record for combined flight hours in a single formation.
