Proposed Sale of Advanced Radar System for the Taiwan
Monday's announcement by the US Department of Defense that it is willing to provide Taiwan with 28 Pathfinder/Sharpshooter navigation and targeting pods. The proposed US$160 million deal, the main purpose of which is to improve the navigation and targeting abilities of some of the F-16s.
