October 20, 2003 (by Lieven Dewitte) - A Jordanian air force pilot was killed Sunday when his plane crashed as a result of technical failure. It's not sure though whether it concerns an F-16 or not. "A Jordanian air force plane crashed while on a routine training exercise as a result of a technical failure,"a military official said, without specifying either the type of aircraft involved or where the accident took place.

Jordan's air force is stocked with F-16 and Mirage fighters.
