September 8, 2003 (by Lieven Dewitte) - Yesterday, an Israeli F-16 Fighting Falcon dropped a 550-pound laser-guided bomb on a three-story building downtown Gaza City. The bomb targetted Hamas founder Sheik Ahmed Yassin who was holding a meeting in the appartment. The LGB damaged the middle floor. The top floor was still under construction, and Yassin and the others apparently were on the ground floor. Sixteen people in the house were hurt, including Yassin.
