A Chinook lifted the Falcon from Deelen to Schaarsbergen (LETS) to be the first F-16MLU to serve as a permanent instructional airframe.

On 13 July 1995 the #J-015 was involved in a mishap at Goose Bay. The aircraft was rammed by #J-137 which jumped the wheelblocks during engine tests.
