It will be twenty years this July 24, 2007, since a midair collision took the life of my son's father and my husband. Time does not erase the pain of our loss, however, it does seem to steal his memories from our consciousness ... We miss him still and always will. Brian and I were so grateful to have his presence even for a brief period of time. If only Mike could see his son and all that he has accompished. What joy he would have ... LHL

I knew Mike Lotti when I was working in Egypt. and he was a great aviator. The interesting thing was that while I was there was that we had an American Col who died in a car crash in Cairo and his missing man formation was flown by an Egyptian Officer who was also an Egyptian war hero. That pilot was killed in the first Egyptian F-16 to crash and his missing man formation was flown by Mike Lotti, and then I had read where mike died..kind of weird.

I worked with Maj Lotti at Hill AFB, UT when I was a young airman. He invited me to his home for a holiday meal in 1983 where I met Linda and Brian. Maj Lotti made being positive - contagious - and I have always tried to be like that. I will always remember him and feel privileged to have known him. Patrick McDonald

Michael Lotti was my cousin. I remember him as a highly intelligent man always having questions about the world around us. Mike never had a bad word to say and I always felt at ease being around him. I miss you Mike and pray we meet again someday.

Michael is my cousin. He was one of the elders that our incredibly large family looked up to. Always polite, sincere and kind. I was fond of his wife Linda and still remember to this day, the shock and sadness that fell over the entire family when we learmed of the aƧcident resulting in hi death

I am proud to remember him always and for as long as I live. God be with you.
