A very sad day in Israel

Sunday the 13th of September has been a very sad day for us in Israel, hearing about the death in a flying accident of Assaf Ramon, the son of Col. Ilan Ramon who has been our first astronaut, and was killed in the Columbia crash.

He was only 2 1/2 months into his advanced combat flying course, after finishing his flying school as best in class. A great pain to his family and a great sorrow for the whole country.
