Brother's Memory Lives On
Drake Sneed, Oct 17, 2008 - 02:29 AM

Memories of my brother inspire me daily - his zest for living life to the fullest and his passion for flying the Viper were second to none. Keep up the good work men - I love the flyby's and the National Anthem brings tears to my eyes!

Warren was an amazing classmate and even more amazing human being. His displays of kindness and selflessness were endless. His smile lit up the hallways and his laughter was contagious. The Circleville Tigers will forever remember one of it's finest student athletes. Gone but not forgotten, Warren.

Memories of a sweet boy next door
Karen Brock, May 31, 2010 - 06:55 AM

Warren ... you were just a young boy when you, Drake and your parents moved into the house next to ours in Carmel. To this day, I still remember your smile ... what an impish grin you had! My family misses you very much, and your parents still remain dear friends after all these years. I know you're still flyin' amongst the clouds, and with the angels. Find my Dad ... y'all can swap pilot stories.

It must be the jets at Luke AFB flying overhead
Karen Brock, Apr 14, 2021 - 05:53 AM

Warren - I just moved back to Phoenix, but this time on the northwest side near Luke AFB. What a joy it is to see them fly overhead ... and yet brings tears to my eyes thinking of you. I am positive you and my Dad have shared many stories about flying. I hear them right now, and smile thinking of you. You are missed very much.

“STAND-In the Door!”
Edge, Mar 02, 2023 - 05:29 AM

Like many Zoomies who experienced Freefall at the Zoo in the summers, Reefer was often the PTWOB who was the last person between you and “the door” of the Twin Otter. I’ll never forget his cheesy smile as the first cadet jumped out on Reefer’s verbal command, and after about 10” he turned to the rest of us, and with a big yelp exclaimed, “It opened” (the parachute), as if he was surprised. I was up next and thought to myself, “What have I gotten myself into.” Although we never flew in the same Viper squadron together, I will always remember him for his smile and always-positive attitude.
