Gents,

If you go down to MPF they can produce for you a nice little document that summarizes all of your training and puts your job skills in civilian terms to help you write a nice resume. You used to be able to get it online but I don't think you can anymore. Ask around.

Best Regards,

Here are some thoughts for your use, tweek as you see fit, change what does or does not apply.

Strong leadership ability directing large groups of diverse aviation specialties accomplishing aircraft maintenance modification and maintenance management. Thirty six (36) years of “hands on” experience in flight line operations and flight activities stemming from a twenty six (26) year career in the United States Air Force and ten (10) years in civilian aviation, utilizing command / control and communication skills. Production control expert managing procedures and quality of effort for large organizational processes. Outstanding supervisory personal skills, great depth in handling both managerial and personnel problems in a large organizational setting. Proven track record managing aircraft production involving over 71 aircraft and 400+ personnel.

Aircraft mechanic:
Independently diagnoses or corrects malfunctions of major aircraft (F-16A/B/C/D) systems in accordance with USAF applicable technical data. Removes and replaces components of major flight control, linkages and actuating cylinders. Removes and reinstalls aircraft engines, fuel, hydraulic/oil lines and tubing. Removes and reinstalls all landing gear components and performs operational check out of those systems. Performs all cockpit operation checks and ensures all systems are functional and in proper working order. Makes modifications to aircraft electrical systems and sub-systems. Researches and orders aircraft components, performs aircraft records documentation’s, and all required aircraft servicing and handling.

Good luck..........
