Hello All,
Allthough concerning the Juvats, it is a little off topic!! Sorry - but can any of You tell me when the Juvats started their HARM oerations on the Block-30s. I know the planes had the capability from the start, but dud You fly this mission from day one of Block-30 operations in the 80 FS late 1980s?? My files and pictures indicates that it happened at that time the 3 WG at Clark AB moved to Elmendorf AFB and lost their F-4Gs. Any comments are VERY welcome!! |

Same here, but at Osan. The best job I've had in the Air Force to date!

When I was at the Kun in 94, our Block 0's were playing with HARMs, but just like in the desert it relied on IDM and an actual Harm targeting system on another jet or liaison Command and Control platform. It was also a rare configuration.
I was also an F-4E/G Crew Chief at Clark (88-89) and remember the HARM hand-off set up between the F-4G's and Block 30 F-16's, just as per D.S.
