Hi Boman, of course:
TVSN is the type version/serial number, for example 6D-1 for the first RNLAF F-16A J-212.
WWSN is the world-wide sequence number. Each F-16 has its own building sequence number (it started with F-16A 75-0745 with wwsn 0001), and they must have reached 4500 by now (Polish F-16C 4069 has wwsn 4400).

Thanks Joris - never knew the serial number by that name, nor the WWSN.
BTW - according to LM, we are up to 4450 Vipers now  |

Which serials table did you watch? The one on this site states 16Cs and 8Ds and it always has.

Oh it has been edited I think,8017+8018 were C as I checked 30min befor,the 8018 is still C(not edited yet).

Yep, you're right. That one was a typo. But indeed. At the very start of the program it was told that the division would be 18+6.

I don't understand, is Morocco geting block 52+ CFT as advertised at the last aero expo in Marrakesh or the Block 52 with regular fuel tanks [Link pending approval]

Last pic you have linked to is an Israeli F-16I - has nothing to do with the Moroccan Vipers. the other one is just a concept model - if you compare with the photos of the actual planes in this thread, you will see that the camo scheme is different, although the configuration is the same. |
