I know that STS-121 should fly in July, STS-115 in August/September, STS-116 in December, STS-117 in March 2007 and STS-118 in June 2007, but does anyone know the projected launch date for STS-120? I'm assuming it will be in the late summer of 2007. Also, aside from James Halsell, Alan Poindexter and Michael Foreman, who else is being assigned to the mission?
STS-119 has been bumped to the 11th mission in the new sequence meaning it won't fly until 2008 I'm sure. Mike Gernhardt remains on the crew and Pam Melroy has been named the CDR for the flight, but I can't seem to find out who else will be flying with them.
And does anyone have crew designations after STS-120 (besides STS-119)? |

Where did you confirm Pam Melroy as CDR for STS-119? I went to TPS with Pam (actually, she was in the class ahead of me).
FWIW, Rick Sturckow is the CDR for STS-117 (my TPS class), and Lee Archambault is the pilot (I flew with him at Eglin). As for the next "return to flight" mission, STS-121, Steven Lindsey (CDR) was a Grad school classmate, and I worked with MS Mike Fossum at the F-16 SPO.
Small world. |
