I got home from ALS and was trying to check my work email, and I find that Shaw has a new home page. Cool, no problem there till I look scan the page and find that there is no link for outlook. Anybody know whats going on?

Have you started using the CAC card yet? If so, then bye-bye webmail access, unless your orderly room unlocks it for TDY or something.

nuts... my cac card wasn't letting me log in or anything. I was kinda hoping to avoid having to get a new one untill I sew on Staff in August.

Here at Spangdahlem, all E-4 and below are required to use the CAC, and are not able to access outlook. This is a push at the air force level. If you're not able to log in with your card, you only need to have the certificates loaded, and your pin reset. It shouldn't require a new card, unless yours is damaged.
