I Think he means Introduction to Fighter Fundamentals but I don't know the answer to his question.

If in that case, he means B Course, then yes. Spouses are allowed to accompany their spouse to B Course. It is not a controlled tour.

| Then they have to stay behind where they are now. Unless you are one of the lucky ones to get a command sponsored assignment. You do have the option to bring them over to a remote at YOUR OWN EXPENSE. It is advised that you leave them where they are or you can move them to your follow-on base. |

No, wives/family do not get to go to IFF. If you are active duty you get put up in apartments which contract specifies no wives/family. If you are guard you coordinate your own place to stay, so theoretically you could bring them along.
That being said, they can visit. The only times I have heard of visiting becoming a problem is when the visitors start to become inconsiderate of others and people complain. |

| In addition to what Wigs said, we had a few guys in my class who got their own apartment they lived in with their wife. Now, they were paying for it out of pocket but they were also getting BAH for their old base with no housing expense there. The guys that did it in my class split the apartment. The first half of IFF one guy and his wife got the apartment and the other guy lived in the provided apartment. They switched halfway through. That might be an option for you. As for visiting, while I was there the SQ/CC had a pretty strict policy about this. Aparently the maids were pretty hardcore on upholding the gov't contracted policy of only 2 people per apartment and if they found someone staying several days would report it. We got the whole deal on don't be the one to break the contract because it's a really good deal. Just some things to think about. |

If you're getting a Guard 16 slot, I believe you will go to Luke. If you're going into Eagles, you will go to Klamath Falls, Portland IAP. Not sure what the accomodations are at either base, although B course students don't get base housing.
If you choose to pay for your own place, then you can certainly take your wife along.

Actually, I don't think I mean B course. I mean IFF, where you fly T-38's, most likely at Moody. |
