I haven't been on the site as long as some of you but I thought I'd like to take the unique opportunity on the forum to say a huge belated 'thank you' to everyone, pilot and crew chief, who has had to put up with me at some point in their career. As the Art Director and Senior Photog. for 'Air Force Magazine' I hope that we've been able to bring you some decent images once in a while. I've uploaded a few to the photo gallery, hope you enjoy them.
I don't claim to be the greatest 'aviation' photographer (god, I hate that title anyway) but I'd like to think I've done my best even though the camera seemed welded to my lap in those 9g turns from time to time. If I've forgotten to send people prints, please get a hold of me... I owe all of you big time.
So for those of you who've seen me tryin' hard to look cool in a flight suit and speed jeans at the 68th FS at Moody, the 522FS Cannon AFB, the 78th FS at Shaw, the 'Fightin Fujins' at Hill, the 13th at Misawa, the 'Fiends' at Osan, the Test folks at Eglin and the 23rd FS at Spang. I hope I get to add to the list soon but until then ... a very big SH thank you.
And thanks to the moderators and webmasters who've put this great site together so I can take up bandwidth with sappy stuff like this... see ya on the ramp.

Just no photos of used air sickness bags.
Keep up the great work.

Sounds like you get the magazine, Habu. If so, I thank you, my mortgage lender thanks you, the bank thanks you, etc. etc.
elp, If I'm down that way you'll be the first to know. |

| Aviation photography was one of the reasons I got a photo degree from Cal State Fullerton (the other reason was to shoot car races). Both of those ideas got back burnered though. Anyway, thanks Guy for hanging it out to get some great aerial pictures. Stay safe. |
