If it's the one I'm thinking of it's an F-16C Block 25, New York Air National Guard.
[Link pending approval] < pic of the aircraft.

The NYANG recently "upgraded" to Blk 30 F-16s, transfering their Blk 25 to the MNANG, Duluth (148FW) While the 148th transfered at least some of their Blk 15s to the ANG Test Site in Tucson. The remaining Blkk 15 aircraft may have been sent to the boneyard and or Fargo or perhaps Edwards or Eglin. Uncertain.

Here's a link to the NYANG website.

The linked photo can't be of a Block 25, it has the GE engine. Can't make out the serno but it looks like a Block 30 to me. Other photos on that site show 87-0264 which is a Block 30F (big mouth).

The linked photo of the NYANG CO bird is a block 30F Viper with the GE engine. When the NYANG recieved "upgraded" F-16's they originally got Block 30 Vipers. Then the Air Force took them away and gave them block 25 (I think they came from the 366 FW, Mountain Home,ID) so that they could equip another unit that needed the capabilities of the block 30 jet. Then recently the Air Force gave NYANG block 30 jets back.

Here is a jet from that unit. Still doesn't show the tail well. Date of the photo is Nov 29, 03.

Here's the quote from the most currebt IAPR:

The Minnesota ANG'a 148/179FS has converted from the Block 15 ADF....to the Block 25 F-16C/D. The unit's aicraft were being transferred from the NY ANG 174FW/138FS, which in turn transitioned to the Block 30 model. The aircraft for the NY ANG came from Iowa's 185thFW/174thFS, which is converting to the KC-135E. The latter unit...transferred its final five Vipers to Syracuse on 17 Jan, 2003...

F-16C-30 87-255 was the commander's aircraft when the 174th Fighter Wing converted to the C-model. They received block 25, most were coming from the 149th FW in Texas, and converted again to block 30 in early 2003. The first block 30 C/O aircraft was 87-255 and the one now in service with the 174th FW is 86-551.
