Happy Thanksgiving to all of our troops (deployed and stateside). I know that Uncle Sam tries very hard to make sure everyone enjoys the holidays as best they can but I also know how it feels to be stationed away from home during this time of year. Everybody at home tends to get wrapped in their individual lives and they forget that we have an entire group of folks out there who won't be home with their families. Keep these people in your thoughts and if you see a G.I. on the street make sure and tell them "Good Job".

Wow, I remember somebody suggesting an "Off-Topic" catagory but I didn't realize it had been added. Sorry 'bout that. Webmaster, please put this in the proper forum.

Yeah, well remember that among those deployed are F-16 pilots and crew chiefs too, so I think this thread could stay here where more people can see it and think about it. |

OK, let's leave this one here then.
And..., of course "happy thanksgiving" to all from F-16.net! |

Habu, no we don't. Although we eat turkey once in while, we do not celebrate Thanksgiving in Europe.
In Belgium we have 10 other official holidays though.
[Sorry, moved this topic anyway as it seems to have less and less to do with the F-16.] |
