Exactly, callsigns are given, not searched... Just wait, and something 'cool' might drop by (or in some cases you get degrading names  )
Couple funny names I remember from friends and people I know:
*most are from the air Cadets*
- Someone who had the name "Boskakker". If translated, it means something like "forrest-sh*tter" 
- Mr Be Bouncy : landed 8 times 1 one flight with a glider 
- and one of the cooler ones : "Wolf" ; this guy was sooo mean to freshmen, and had big 'n dark eyebrows
