DEAR F-35 SUPPORTER:

Last Thursday, we asked you to take action and call your congressional Representatives to ensure they voted no on the Conyers / Ellison amendment to the FY13 National Defense Authorization bill. This amendment would have terminated the F-35B Short Takeoff and Vertical Landing (STOVL) variant.

We are pleased to report that in part because of your effort, the amendment failed passage through a voice vote on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives.

Thank you again for taking action and ensuring our military has the finest aircraft in the world to protect our nation and our allies.
