Oops! Iran has our newest stealth uav. Maybe we should just start selling our stealth tech instead of giving it away? Not that I really think that, but don't let Obama hear that ok. And again... Oops!

Reportedly we thought about it but the Iranians got personnel on the ground very quickly. Also it's one thing to overfly someone, accidentally or not, a whole other dynamic to bomb their territory (clear act of war), and even more significant when you kill other nations citizens. These are expressions of national will that might not have been worth what the enemy might gain or possibly also a failure of will.
