Not unless you are authorized to view technical orders. Unclassified technical orders such as the -33-1-2 are limited use data which means they are not supposed to be in the public domain. Since you are posting from Kunsan, it sounds like you are military. If so and you have access to TO's on base, you should also have access to them on line through the AF Portal with your CAC.
